I don't fucking get it. Why doesn't Bavasi, Hargrove, fucking Ichiro say something about how fucking worthless Jeff Weaver is. The guy throws meat every pitch, therefore giving up 7 runs a start.

So it didn't work out signing the amazing starting pitcher from the world series last year, and you now look like a jackass for giving this guy a 10 million dollar contract, just eat it. The guy is an auto loss everytime he heads out to the mound. Fuck.

You want Weaver's team to announce to the media that he sucks?
I don't get what that would accomplish... It's generally not a good idea to call out your teammates publicly when they are struggling.

No, just send him to the minors or flat out release the guy. I'm not saying to announce to the world that this guy is a joke. This guy needs a rehab assignment in the minors at the least. We are contenders in the AL West and wildcard race and we just can't afford to be getting a 75% loss every 5th day.

Hey Jake, down here at the Bellagio today. Interesting to see all the numbers on the board and the bright lights. Took the cubbie bears today and Weaver was helping me out and then what? ****** found his groove or something. I hate that piece of shit. Wife says never to bet on the hometown team though. Screw that! Gonna watch the NBA game in the book and see if I can come home with some extra clink.

Well it's only a one year contract, so I really doubt he stays with the team next year, but I get what you are saying. Just incredibly frustrating as a fan.

I think my days fading Jeff Weaver are done, even though I haven't bet against him since he came back from the DL, I think that he has turned the corner and will only get better as the rest of the season progresses. Maybe it was the injury all along. Who knows, but all I know is he has been pitching much better the last two starts since he came off of the DL.
