Record: 162-162
Profit: +10.87

No luck lately. I've been taking days off and haven't been into handicapping much since me and the girl are arguing left and right. I'm back on top of shit so hopefully the plays start to turn.

Milwaukee Brewers -130
Brewers/Giants Under 8.5 -110

Pitchers: Gallardo/Lowry

Gallardo still may not be 100% ready but he's one of the best prospects in baseball and his stuff should be good enough to frustrate opposing offenses his first few starts. Lowry almost always puts in a strong effort and rarely gets rocked, although he generally gives up a few runs here and there on the road. 3-2 Brew Crew.

Atlanta Braves +121
Pitchers: James/Schilling

As I've said when cashing Bo Sox bets all year... Boston doesn't hit that well on the road and they have some issues with lefties. Gotta like Atlanta at home at these odds.

New York Mets -158
Pitchers: Maine/Silva

The Twins will likely be without Torii Hunter and their offense isn't looking that strong anyway. Look for Maine to put together a strong outing and for the Mets to do what they always do which is put runs on the board.

Cincinnati Reds +148
Reds/A's Under 8.5 -110

Pitchers: Lohse/Blanton

Lohse can deal at times and he should enjoy a much bigger ballpark than he is used to. Neither team's chances at scoring runs are looking very good in this matchup either as Blanton should do well. Low-scoring game, hopefully Cincy wins a close one.

GL on the plays, unfortunately against you on the ATL play.

Red Sox hit .256 on the road this year, but they are 5th in the majors vs. lefties, batting .287. Really like their lineup vs. lefties, Crisp, Lugo, Lowell, Youkilis, Manny, possibly Willy Mo instead of Drew, Varitek, Pedroia...

anyways GL on the rest man.

GL today. I still am not sold on the Bo Sox hitting lefties this year though. :banger:

They are one of the best lefthanded hitting teams in baseball, top 5 or so last time I checked. You were right as far as them hitting away, they haven't been impressive, they hit much better at home. But they hit lefties fine. In fact they hit them much better than they do righties. Of course that doesn't mean they won't get shut out tonight, LOL, just saying they have been fine so far against them.

Good luck man, good to see you around.

I know the stats look good against lefties so far this year and they did okay against James today, but I'm just not sold that they hit any more than .260 against lefties before all is said and done.

2-1 so far. I could really use Milwaukee to hold on.
