If he has to take 2 months off, I dont care. You have to baby these modern day players, and he is no exception.

Curt is not doing the Red Sox any favors throwing a load of change ups combined with an 88 mph fastball.

They are saying the near NO NO hurt him a bit, having to go all 9. Boo hoo.

i don't care what he's throwing as long as the game hits over 8.5 :)

as for schilling...i was expecting him to give up a lot of runs today. he didn't pitch that well in his previous games, interleague score is generally high, and atl is pretty good at hitting

I don't know why MLB or the teams put up with fat ass pitchers? You don't see fat assed center fielders or fat assed first baseman but if you pitch, it's okay to hit the buffett ten times a week?:thumbsup:

Exactly. It's just the regular season. Tell your manager your arm doesnt feel right and you dont think it would be a good idea to go.

It's not like the sox bullpen doesnt have any decent backup. Could have started Piniero or something.
