Le Tour is upon us once again and although I am very keen on the Tour I don't claim to be a cycling nerd so would welcome any thoughts from knowledgable people regarding the opening stage which is a 8k prologue in London.
Having followed Pursuit Cycing a fair bit it seems local boy B Wiggins looks a cert having prepared for the prologue specifically and being a class apart over that type of distance. Bit surprised to see +350 and earlier +400 and +500 out there so maybe I'm missing something. Chris Boardman had a similar profile and won the prologue easily.
Thoughts greatly appeciated before I get too deeply involved.
