just call and ask to talk to shayla and ask for the loyalty Bonus Play and she will take 5 minutes probally less and get you credited with your average bet for every 100 plays max $200 per Bonus Play
i have had 21 $200 credited since i've learned about the Bonus Plays i usually wait until i have 3 or 4 available then cash them in

I knew about this all along even when I signed up this past February, but I haven't called it in to redeem any FP yet (wish I can use email to request this as it's always a hassle to use relay service online to call anybody).
