Missing Ohio woman found dead...boyfriend arrested.

CANTON, Ohio (June 23) - The boyfriend of a missing pregnant woman was arrested on two counts of murder Saturday, and a body believed to be hers was found a week after she vanished from her home, authorities said. Jessie Davis, 26, was due to deliver a baby girl on July 3. Her mother found Davis' 2-year-old son alone in her home, where bedroom furniture was toppled and bleach spilled on the floor on June 15.

The boy gave investigators their first clues. "Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in rug," the boy said.

Thousands of volunteers had searched for Davis over several days, while investigators continued to question Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, a Canton police officer, who is the father of Davis' son. Her family says he also is the father of the unborn child.

Investigators were mum on many details of their work until they announced Cutts was taken into custody Saturday and was to be arraigned on charges of murder in the deaths of Davis and her unborn child.

The boyfriend sounded like a real piece of trash. How he was allowed to be a police officer is amazing. He supposedly had a kid with his wife - yes - he is married - as well as a kid with a previous GF who had filed a restraining order against him - as well as the kid he had with this women (and in addition she was pregnant, so that woyuld have been 4 kids with 3 different women)

Please note my shock and surprise that this convicted criminal has been charged in another crime. You know the kid said "daddy" at some point when questioned about his mother's whereabouts.

I think this story is more similar to OJ than Todd Peterson. Also just read that a few years back this Cutts guy busted in on his ex GF's house while she was in there with Shawn Kemp. Yes, THAT Shawn Kemp.

I was wondering the same thing...how did the guy think his son wouldn't say anything? unless he didn't know him.

supposedly this guy had ANOTHER married woman he was having an affair with who he called to help him move the body:

spoke to a woman who said Cutts phoned her several times late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The woman, who The Repository granted anonymity because she was romantically involved with Cutts and is married with children, said Cutts phoned her around 10:30 and asked her to join him at Champs, a bar in Canton where Cutts was seen until about 12:30.

The woman's attorney said Cutts phoned her several times from the bar, based on background music, and then called her from his car after he left

how in the heck do you get hired as a policeman when you are on probation????it says here he was sentenced to 3 years probation in 98(so that would be until 2001)

Cutts, a Canton police officer since 2000

The police department had tried to fire Cutts in 2003 when authorities conducting a drug raid on his cousin's home found Cutts' handgun hidden under a mattress. Canton police officials said Cutts gave the gun to his cousin for protection and said Cutts was lying when he reported the gun stolen. A federal arbitrator ordered the city to reinstate the officer, saying police had not proved the allegation.

Cutts pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge in 1998 after he was accused of breaking into the home of a former girlfriend. He was sentenced to three years' probation.

CANTON, Ohio - A former classmate of the man suspected of murdering a pregnant woman was arrested Sunday on an obstruction of justice charge, the FBI said. Myisha Ferrell was arrested in the death of 26-year-old Jessie Davis after sheriff's deputies and FBI agents broke down the door of her apartment Saturday night, agent Scott Wilson said.
