He is one standup guy.
Chatted with him back and forth a few weeks ago and was able to help him out with something he needed

he promptly lived up to his end of the deal immediately.
if anyone ever has a chance to deal with him do not hesitate.

just thought it was about time that some positive threads made the front page.

Thansk for the kind word guys, I have been extremely busy and have not had much time to post. With the housing market as bad as it is right now, I have to make as much money as possible with my day job (mortgage broker), before all of these comp sales hit the market and believe it or not this is the busy time for my bar (night job) here. I cant really explain it other than the fact that we get alot of high school girls in there and that brings in the older guys to stare at them playing pool.

ZZZ- Thanks again, I really can not thank you enough, you saved me a massive amount of money. I still have not even used the thing, but will very soon!!

As far as partying.......

August 30th is right around the corner and I will be FREE to go wherever, including Costa Rica and Nevada. My be making it to the bash in September after all.
