Hey Coach, I'd gladly trade one of your football NC for one of my baseball NC...uh, I think I'd even throw in the second baseball NC for one of your football.

CFB right around the corner...the anticipation is killing me but I also know my life goes to shit once football starts. Oh well, I guess I could be addicted to a lot worse things than football.

Just got home from your neck of the woods, Florida is a beautiful state and we had a great time, but I'll take the "dry" heat here in Vegas to that
sauna we were in anyday.

WC Bias - are you an alum? I used to work with Shane McKay who was a benchwarmer on the Gary Payton teams.

mr21, I grew up in Corvallis and went to Oregon State for two years before transfering and finishing up at San Diego State. I'm a Beaver at heart, but I could not take another day of gray skies and rain.

GP was a freshman when I left, the basketball team was still OK back then but the slide started soon after he left. I don't know or recall Shane McKay. In fact I can probably name more players from the 1980 team than I can all of the years from 1987 to present. Oregon State has been abysmal in basketball for years now, as I'm sure you know.

I believe Shane was also from the Corvallis area. I've been in CA since 1991 and am a huge Pac-10 (and WAC) football fan. Loved the ass-whoopin the Beavers put on the Irish in the Fiesta Bowl.
