Well if its a square play .....color me square ....
Jeff Francis has been doing well his last couple starts ( I admit that )
When it comes to the cubbies they slam him like a screen door in a hurricane. 16 runs / 24 hits in 15 innings in his career / Jason Marquis has been shaky @ best going 0-2 6.75 era last 12 innings ......Marquis other problem has been control......12 walks last 17 1/3 innings .....The teams are 6-1 to the over last 7 head to head also. .. .....Even though the Umpires have not been listed yet I am going O 8 -120 now @ betjam ........
Please I always welcome / listen to feedback......
Thank you

The question you need to ask yourself is this: "How reliable is my data?"

Because, yes, the Cubs have slammed Francis in his last (and only 3 starts) vs. the Cubs. But two of those starts were in 2005 and one in 2006.

Think about the Cubs personel during that time. Who's still in the lineup? Ramirez (is he playing?), Derek Lee, and maybe Cliff Floyd?

Lots of new faces in this Cubs lineup and their hitting (should read, SCORING) doesn't impress me. If this game goes over it will be largely due to the Rockies handing a good ol' fashioned thumping to the Cubs.

I think the Rockies score six times tonight. Cubs will be lucky to get half that.

Senior DingDong .....Agree with your reasons re different team in play now ...
I also take into fact a pitchers mind set ...These guys know when teams hit them ( or they own them ) .....will take 6 runs from the rocks tonight....An i will be lucky if the cubbies get half that....cause that a winner ! ......
Thank you for the feed back ....an as always gl
