Off the top of my head that list isn't right. Not sure what data is involved there but I'm certain Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park aren't in the top 5. That bandbox in Philly has to be top 5.

HPark1's unscientific list.

Lots of runs here;

Philly
Texas
Chicago (AL)
Cincy
Colorado
Arizona
Toronto

Not so many runs here;

Dodgers
Florida
San Diego
NY Mets
LA Angels
Oakland
Seattle

Its tough to get a scientific list as there are tons of factors to consider...

I got it from ESPN.....They call it the " Park Factor "

Park Factor compares the rate of stats at home vs. the rate of stats on the road.
A rate higher than 1.000 favors the hitter. Below 1.000 favors the pitcher.
PF = ((homeRS + homeRA)/(homeG)) / ((roadRS + roadRA)/(roadG))

I also saw one just like the one you posted...But wasn't sure if it was Updated.

The one from ESPN States that those are the stats as of 6/25/07
