Do you watch line movement before every game or did you just happen to catch this winner? I've thought about doing this before every game but my schedule doesn't always permit it. How has your record been when you notice this type of line movement just before gametime?
Its not always about following the lines..Rockies were steamed late and hard yesterday and were destroyed...they were in a slump though...I watch those lines every couple of hours to see which team the book is promoting and trying to dissuade you from...I generally have success when the line starts to move in the direction I suspect it will.
Jays Bats + Marcum + cheap price = Win (first impulse)
You knew the Books were going to entice the public into taking the Jays after last nights win. Marcum is nasty and the price is cheap...Jays opened up at -120...and dropped to -115 at several books and the line kept going down throughout the day...yeah its a great price but they are not going to give away free money...If the books really thought the Jays were going to win, why drop the line? Meanwhile the Twins opened up at even money and went to minus numbers almost immediately...I hit the Twins at -105 and that was like 5 minutes before game...by game time the line sat at -110..jays line dropped from 115 to 110 in a matter of minutes...
My posted record is abysmal as most already know...and i rarely post these late steam plays...but I will post something if I see something that catches my eye...Global & Cris are terrible books for baseball (good dogs tho) but their line moves are dead give aways at times....
