I don't know. I thought he would have a good year switching to the National League which is supposed to be an easier league to hit in.

Best division in baseball? are you on drugs? Even with the White Sox struggling the AL Central is still the best in baseball
You actually think the AL Central can match-up with the likes of Brandon Webb, Brad Penny, Derek Lowe, Barry Zito, Jake Peavy, Chris Young, Justin Germano, Greg Maddux,Jeff Francis etc...not a chance kid. The AL Central has probably 3-4 good pitchers that's it.

Are you joking....?

Johan, CC, Buerhle, Verlander, Bonderman, Rogers, Garland, Carmona aren't so bad... And you are naming Maddux, Lowe and Zito... If I wanted to do that I could name Miller on the Tigers as well as Contreras if we are doing that...

And the offenses actually have life and skill...

Hafner, Morneu, Sheffield, Ordonez, Sizemore, Martinez, Konerko, Pudge, Guillen, Mauer.... haha if you can honestly argue that the NL West, arguably the worst division in baseball last year, is better then then AL Central then that is kind of comical... The NL is half the league the AL is...

Zito = I'll answer that.

2007 San Francisco Giants $ 10,000,000
2006 Oakland Athletics $ 7,900,000
2005 Oakland Athletics $ 5,600,000
2004 Oakland Athletics $ 3,000,000
2003 Oakland Athletics $ 1,000,000
2002 Oakland Athletics $ 295,000

Economics 102 = thinking about that new boat and house and car.

Not just Barry, but many, many others, as well.

Hungry? No. Eye of the Tiger? No. No eye. $10 million does that.
To anyone.

At the same time he is also aging up, or losing his prime early
