As far as baseball betting goes??? I know the Dogs have gotten smoked so far this season......a little better lately but not much.

So what has been working?

I personally feel its best to place an under any time the giants or Padres previous game went over

I really think the bullpens are better this season than last.

May have to adjust bullpen vs starter strenth slightly at the allstar break.

not saying that the pens are great by any means, just better than last season.

Also, dont think many people have noticed. The game of baseball itself may be the weakest its been in a long long time. No really great teams out there right now.

Every team in baseball has serious issues. the tampas and KCs under the new agreement are able to keep a few more players than they have in the past, making the league in general more watered down.

Lets face it, KC, Tampa, Pittsburgh etc........ use to be nothing more than minor league teams. Now they can keep a few of there players a little longer, its the equivalent of expansion. Makes everyone weak.

I think the dogs are really going to start hitting in the 2nd half.

Here's my question to you = how do you know which bullpen guy the manager is gonna go with in a game ????

Look at Detroit last night = brought in 'who'? Then, another who. Then finally, Todd Jones = who lost.

I'm just saying, it's hard when you don't know WHICH bullpen guy is gonna come in = I guess if the bullpen 'stud' pitched the night before, you can figure he won't pitch the next game?? Tho, I've seen it before = guy pitch 2 innings, then pitch the next night, as well.

just a thought . . .
