I am going to see what I can do to help Mr. Smith and know for certain that Lenny at Cascade is an honorable person who is doing all that he can to pay players. However I am not certain of any timeframes now in place for small to medium sized withdrawal requests such as the one made by Mr. Smith.
Huge balance holders are actually better off dealing directly with Lenny on their own as I know he will not avoid you if you call him. (I am not saying he would avoid Mr. Smith either but there is a limit to how much time he has).
For the record I am rooting for Cascade to return to it's previous status as an excellent out that always paid winners promptly.

Still waitin' on a mid 4-figure payout originally requested the day after the Superbowl. I was one that was jerked around while people were actually still getting paid for well over a month before they went into no-pay mode. Both Wil and Bill tried to help, but to no avail at this point. Still appreciate their efforts very much though. Hopefully, there is still some chance of gettin' paid.

I had been recieving payouts in dribs and drabs up to that date, but since then Lenny has informed me that no payouts have been able to be made.
I still have a balance of over $100,000 there, and Lenny promises to pay everyone, once his money gets unfrozen, but we will have to see.

I hate to say it Wil, but as much as you and the shrink try to help people and SWEAR by Lenny, once a situation of non pays keeps getting prolonged, there is no way in hell that players are going to post up money EVER again. UNLESS.....the owner of Pinnacle or Mansion comes in to back him.
