I know of adjusted run lines, but is there a book that will allow me to keep adding to it.
Like atlanta tonight winning 13-0
Is there a book that will let me buy atlanta up to like 5 or 6 run fav or vice versa

don't think so, some have -/+2.5 but that is the highest i have seen.

CRIS has -/+ 2.5 never seen higher on regular games.

SIA has winning margin betting. EX:

Atl to win by 4...+4.50
Atl to win by 5...+7.50
Atl to win by 6...+11.00

I know it's not what you are looking for, but probably the closest thing.
