haha...always been a college basketball geek...but Jones/Taylor single handily got me into following the mid major conferences...I used to listen to their games online.
Yeah Maynor is good...but (in my opinion) not as good as his hype was in March...I mean, people up here were talking about the Celtics drafting him. If only Dom Jones had the supporting cast of last season?
How bout the Lithuanian guy from those years...I can't remember his name for the life of me.
I agree about Maynor. He's good and he's crafty, but he's not in the same league as Dom or Willie Taylor. He's clutch, though.
If Taylor had any kind of supporting cast, he would've been able to make a big name for himself and been drafted. That guy was a fucking stud. Same with Dom, who was too quick off the dribble. They should've beaten Wake Forest in the tourney his senior year. Fuckin Chris Paul. Still pisses me off to this day.
