I know people lie, but after talking to irate players and agents all morning, I have had several different players tell me that their book graded their Yankee bets as either a)a push or no bet or b) a winner. One gentleman even told me that the Hard Rock Sportsbook in Las Vegas is paying Yankee bettors as winners. Anybody in Vegas know the Hard Rock, I don't know if they have a book or not, or if they have an affiliate arrangement, i.e. Leroy's? This is getting very tiresome. Thanx in advance.

Heres the rules..

  1. When wagering on total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action. If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.
  2. Rules for Run Line and Alternate Run Line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.
So 6-4 balt wins..as far as local books go..who knows:think2:

Everyone in Vegas is paying after the last completed inning which would be the 7th inning. I think RL's are a push but Baltimore on the ML would be a winner.

Hard Rock has a sports book, don't know why they would deviate from the rules unless it is simply a good will thing.

RL, ARL and o/u are all cancelled bets

Two guys told me that locals were paying them but what about the Hard Rock in Las Vegas? How or why would somebody say that they are differentiating their rules from every other book in Nevada? Anybody wanna guess or confirm about this that lives in Vegas?

P.S. Thank you FHMESQ44 and XERRI!

Locals that pay off Yankee bets are not professional bookies. All these baseball rules are ironed out ahead of time, unless of course you want trouble.

I seem to remember someone saying Bodog cancelled the bets that lost when this happened earlier in the season with the Cubs and paid the graded winner. I don't have an account there so I don't know for sure, but it would be nothing other than goodwill
