Deposited via debit card on Sunday, small amount with new book (for me) so really just to test it out see how they work with withdrawals and such because I'm comfortable with JM, Skybook, and BM.

They double charged my card, only putting one charge in book. I sent them statements via email immediately and they acknowledged the problem. Called everyday this week and got the run around that it would be fixed in the morning. I even told them they don't have to reverse the charges with bank, just put the money in matchbook account since it's easier.

Wasn't making a big stink over it, because it was just a few hundred dollars (charged twice), but decided to talk with supervisor and he told me he has been away, entire accounting department has been away and some other bullshit. Will be fixed "sometime" next week.

So, post is just a warning...not sure how smooth other deposits have been lately via debit card but my first deposit they fucked up. Money is not an issue as I'm a recreational gambler and don't deposit more than I can afford to burn, it's just the principle and bad service.

JM, Skybook, and BM have always been on top of their game.

that sucks. I liked them when I was playing there a lot though, never dealt with customer service. Almost always find the best line there.

I agree about the lines, I've enjoyed playing their this week and testing them out.

However, I don't like them taking my money and not giving it back no matter how much it is especially since I said just put the double charge into my account, haha. Glad I decided to wait until transferring any part of my bankroll over.

lol - I just went thru the exact same thing with those guys.....customer service is lacking a bit for sure.....but gotta love those lines :suomi:

I guess all it took was a thread.

Before making the thread I talked to a supervisor who told me "sometime" next week without details and shady.

Matchbook just called ME (no book has ever called me to fix a problem in years and years of gambling, I'm always calling them) and I had a brief discussion with a knowledgable staff member who got more information and assured he was going to diligently rectify the problem.

Surprised, nice job Matchbook. Took awhile, but you took inititive. With the great lines If this is handled right I might transfer some bankroll over.

Power of the Rx displayed once again.

had exact same problem when I first made a deposit...of course not using them now... it took them somewhere around 5-7 business days

if you have to use a credit/debit card deposit at wsex, then transfer to MB. Bank wire I have heard is best deposit method for MB.

what type of debit card did u use fucnluc? Im curious. Prepaid? Personal debit card?
