No joke!

Dude is 23 for 23 in saves and is pretty automatic. ERA is UNDER 1. Hitters are hitting about .120 against him, and his K to walk ratio is better than 7:1.

And he is a horse that is out there when the M's need him. And he at times will go for 4 or 5 outs.

but unlike most closers, he came in with the bases loaded in the 8th and the game on the line, rather than start the inning clean. And he had to go through Wells, Glaus, and Thomas to get the save. Dude's #'s are insane this yr and he is a huge reason the M's are actually relevant.

We don't agree on much whor, but way to go on backing up JJ. Now 27/27 ERA at 0.81... He just flat out blows hitters away.

Very Hard For A RP To Win It

Putz is having that kind of yr tho. SP just on #`s would probably be Becket or Haren. But I think Johan is still the best, and he`s the one I`d pick for 1 gm, ala Gibson. NL P or P hard to go wrong w/either, if pushed probably Jake.
