Motrin is the best for me. You need a prescription for 800mg. buy a 200mg bottle over the counter and take 4 200mg tablets every 4 hours as needed. Make sure you don't take your motrin on an empty stomach. It works for me.
I hurt my neck (whiplash) on a rollercoaster...it's been about a week, I hoped it would be back to normal by now , not the case! I have yet to use any pain killers just Ben Gay.

Journey if you can I would suggest keeping away from the painkillers , as i have seen that the more you use them the more you need to take . i guess your body gets used to the medicine and needes more to work.
