how do u stop snoring ?

i like sleeping on my back ...plus i breath thru my mouth never my nose so i'm fvcked .....i gotta stop my snoring soon ...don't want my new wife wakin up all night ....i hear u can get an operation done ....but i'd rather not...are there other methods to get rid of snoring ? serious replies only :thumbsup:

a 2 by 4 operation

You can try a CPAP machine. It will also help with apnea if you have it. Not always so comfortable but it will stop your snoring.

Have someone take a pillow and hold your face down when you sleep for like 10 to 20 minutes.
