CK, why the under?

Clemens this yr in 4 starts: 22.2ip-26h-13er.. He is good for about 5.2 tonight vs. a decent Minny Offense. Prob 3-4er.

Boof is having a lot of trouble right now and last 5 starts has given up 5,4,4,3,6er. He gave up 6er earlier vs the Yanks this yr.

Also without knowing the umpire tonight, how can that be the best play?

Also want to add this total is about to be 9 real soon
