Well it was a Great week where I went 9-2 ! Would Love to keep it going this week too.
New York Yankees -1.5 +105 ( 2 UNITS )
Yes I have picked the Very Bad team the NY Yankees, but with reason.
Minnesota’s Boof Bonser picked up a loss in his only career start against New York, allowing six runs and six hits in 4 1/3 innings.
* Please note that Bonser was hammered in June, posting a dismal 1-3 record and 6.91 ERA in five starts. He allowed 39 hits in just 28 2/3 innings of work.
We all know that Yankees right-hander Roger Clemens is a better pitcher then what he has shown. I think it's Time to Put Up, so others can Shut Up !
New York Mets -121 ( 2 UNITS )
New York’s Tom Glavine has won two straight outings after going 0-4 in his previous five. He worked on his mechanics and tempo after giving up seven runs in four innings against the Yankees on June 14 and has now allowed one run and seven hits in his past 14 innings.
Glavine is 11-5 with a 2.88 ERA in 27 starts against the Rockies, but he hasn’t faced them in two years. Colorado, however, is 7-14 against left-handed starters this season and is back home after a 1-9 road trip.
The Rockies will counter with Jason Hirsch, who is 0-1 with a 9.20 ERA in his last three starts, allowing seven home runs in that span.
BOL !
