He blew a .072 while the legal limit was .08... I guess he was guilty until proven innocent...

lawsuit? maybe, you can sue whomever you choose for whatever reason...

doesnt mean you will win

I guess you dont understand labor agreements in the nfl

the bears dont even need a reason if they choose to cut him

I drank 2 beers and got pulled over on a date in front of the resturant for having no tags by a rookie cop...

Dude said i was hammered and locked me up. They towed my car and made my date walk. I told the cop that I had 2 beers over a 1/2 time of a football game... It was sunday at 8 PM and I was dead sober...

He did not want to listen...I went to the station and blew a .061 and when the limit was .08. They still pressed charges... I still have no idea why as I did not say a single word to the cop...

I had to waste 1500 on a lawyer to get it dropped...

The fact that he was pulled over was enough for the Bears to cut him...The only thing this may do is get him back sooner rather than later, as A team may want to take a shot

It has nothing to do with labor agreements. Its a defamation of character issue. The Bears presumed him guilty.

* I meant no front tag... The car was registered and clear and had a back tag.

Defamation of character? LMAO.

PS He still broke the law. In Arizona, it's called "Impairment to the Slightest Degree."

what are you talking about? No one defamed him.

They have given this guy chance after chance after chance and he blew all of them. They may very well have assumed he was guilty. HOwever, it wasn't one isolated incident that got him cut, it was the innumerable ones before. They needed no reason to cut him at all. Whether he was "legally drunk" or not he was still stupid enough to drink and drive. They were probably sick and tired of dealing with him, his stupidity and the impact it had on their team. Virtually any brush with the law and the league would suspend him, what good is a suspended player? Wasting cap space and a roster spot.

"Impairment to the Slightest Degree." is a BS law that cops lock you up for when they realize that they fawked up and you are sober and they can't charge you with a DUI/DWI...

Instead of doing the right thing and letting you go they give a bs charge to make them seem like they are right...

Fawk man... Some forms of mouthwash can give you .01 to .03...

You have no idea, let me give you a few. The PC wants you ad your money, the Federal G. and all City Gov. wants you and your money, the "system" wants you to remember the time you were pulled over, that way you may not do it again or at least think twice.

What character. Did they not say he was an embarrasment to the Bears and he is. Wow, he was one shot away from being charged.
If he is that stupid after just having gotten out of jail to go out drinking and driving, he deserves what he gets.

that's bullshit man....fucking facists. similar thing happened to me many years ago in CA when it was still .10.....blew a .7 and CHPs till took me in and made me spend the night in jail "because I was an asshole" - then released me at 4 in the morning....went to court and judge shook his head and dismissed it...represented myself (which you should have done)

Well, this probably helps him get on another team in the future, so that's good for him. Still, being slightly under the legal limit doesn't exactly make me confident he's reformed.

Can't NFL teams cut someone whenever they damn well please, and for no reason?

So I guess if you kill someone it will be okay because you blew .061 and not over .08? Are you that much more under the influence by that difference? The fact is, he didn't get cut by just that one incident. He is and will always be a turd. Just like Pacman Jones is and will always be a turd.
