He is BACK!!!!! My favorite go against. Tim is a local boy gone good and then VERY BAD. This is not the Nats bringing up a young stud--more like a retred DUD. I am not saying play the Cubs or the Over..that is up to you--just saying Redding has been outright awful for years and I expect this to continue.

Nice.

One puzzling thing is the line though...

Betjam
Cubs -181

Cubs -1 1/2 -125

I think the Cubs roll here, but so does the entire free world.

Cubs r/l maybe??

Your thoughts

Best of luck

I just took Cubs -200 to score first for an above avg play. Could be over after Soriano. If Cubbies don't score in the 1st--I like Z to be able to get out of the first and give us another shot.

who cares what the world thinks? chicago has a big edge in the pitching department tonight. line is clearly where it needs to be. run line is correct as well. maybe nats step up and steal one. but it wont have anything to do with who is getting bet more. it will mean redding pitched a good game.

Phillies Sign Tim Redding To Minor-League Deal
By: Philly Sports Daily Staff on June 16, 2011 7:02 pm 0 comments

The domino effect is continuing for the Phillies.

The team signed veteran right hander Tim Redding to a minor-league dead on Thursday after making a couple moves on the mound. They already activated Vance Worley and designated J.C. Romero for assignment. They also moved Justin De Fratus up to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

This could all be because Vance Worley might be making more than just a spot start on Saturday against the Seattle Mariners.

Redding, 33, didn’t pitch in the major leagues last season and last appeared for the Mets in 2009. He had a 3-6 record with a 5.10 ERA in 30 games.

In 14 career starts against the Phillies, Redding has a 5-4 record and an impressive 3.01 ERA.

He has been in the Triple-A system of the Los Angeles Dodgers this season with the Albuquerque Isotopes. He holds a 2-7 record with a 6.59 ERA in 13 starts.
