Game winning homer tonight but the kid acts like he belongs. 21 doubles in the two months he has been in the bigs. Good speed, good defense. I think he has just about locked up rookie of the year in the NL.

Ryan Braun gonna give him a run for his money.

He'll have every opportunity to win it, simply because his team is gonna be playing meaningful games down the stretch. Pence won't get that chance.

But uh yeah, Pence is filthy.

I actually think Braun may have more upside. Although he wasnt the #1 draft choice many thought he was the most talented player (think he went 5th or 6th. It will be fun to watch these two as the year progresses.

I feel your arguement for Braun will actually be his undoing. He will have a lot more pressure as the Brewers make a run while Hunter will quietly go about his business.

It'll be a nice race, that's for sure. As for who has more upside, I don't know. Braun will be a great player for years to come, I'm almost sure of that, but I haven't seen enough of Pence to comment on what he will turn into.
