Game winning homer tonight but the kid acts like he belongs. 21 doubles in the two months he has been in the bigs. Good speed, good defense. I think he has just about locked up rookie of the year in the NL.
I actually think Braun may have more upside. Although he wasnt the #1 draft choice many thought he was the most talented player (think he went 5th or 6th. It will be fun to watch these two as the year progresses.
I feel your arguement for Braun will actually be his undoing. He will have a lot more pressure as the Brewers make a run while Hunter will quietly go about his business.
It'll be a nice race, that's for sure. As for who has more upside, I don't know. Braun will be a great player for years to come, I'm almost sure of that, but I haven't seen enough of Pence to comment on what he will turn into.
