Depends what kind of concert it is. I've never been to MSG outside Knicks/Rangers games but many arenas with the same layout for a concert. If it's something more classical, or like a blue man group/cirque du soleil type of thing they sometimes set the floor up with tables like a dining atmosphere with waiters and shit. Other types of concerts it's a mosh pit and sometimes it's just regular seating. I guess you have to call and ask how the floor is going to be set up.
