Can the Dodger doctors put anything on it to seal it up if it's on his pitching hand? Is that legal? I'm sure they have some nu-skin or something like that if it is legal.

what they need is a lead from their bats so Penny can either pitch through the pain or let the bullpen takeover with the lead
