well I screwed up ....AGAIN

Dammit all. Had a great vacation just got back from Chicago. Get home the neighbor right next to us proceeds to tell us what happened when we were gone. Turns out the white trash people about 4 houses down had a huge big fireworks show.

So it was loud as hell and shit flying all over the place. We have woods behind us. Well turns out shit is all over my backyard. She goes on to tell us that at the very end about 10 mins after they got done. They launched about 3 or 4 towards my house. Actually hit the top of my tree (a big shrub tree) and you could tell the top was burned up. So yeah my blood is pumping now. We have had problems in the past with these fucks. LAst year my yard caught fire about 12ft from my wood pile.

So just tinght they start up again and sure as shit it starts flying towards my house and garage. Yep it was on. I fly out of my house and tell them tokeep that shit in thier yard. They yell back and now it's just a yelling match. During which they said "yeah we shoot them at your house what are you going to do? Well this didn't help the situation. The wife calls the cops and tells them to hury up cause I am going to fight all of them. I yell all kinds of shit like you drunk white trash POS. I will burn down everything they own if my shit catches fire again. I did threaten them will ass kickings and death. oops maybe shouldn't of went off and crazy like that.

LOL 2 cops show up at the house. I say what the hell took you so long. So I told them everything and said they realy need to do something here or this is going to get very dangerous. LOL They slap the cuffs on me with that statement. I proceed to tell them they said they shoot them at my house on purpose and I take that as an act of war. And if they want war that is what they will get. I told them that my house is like my own country and I will defend my country to death. Cops have no clue on how to deal with this. LOLI say you guys are useless for this situation and that I am the 1st defence and they if needed be are my backup.

I will not be afraid of these scumballs. I have older people around me that try to not say anything. Fuck that and fuck these white trash POS mother fuckers.


I didn't go to jail so that was a good thing but I hate it when cops are fat and lazy and say either both you settle this ot you both are going to jail. Fuck that you asshole cops do your fucking job and take the scumfuck that is firing shit at my house to jail.


God I missed theRX for 6 days. Glad to be back and not in jail.

Reminds me of when I was a bouncer during college in Ybor City, Tampa. I kicked an asshole kid out of Club Skye (formally 1509) pretty damn hard. Two cops who didn't know I was working literally tackled and body slammed me off the curb (on the property of my employment). They told me to leave or I'd be charged with tresspassing (the fuck?). Most of my coworkers were arguing but they didn't care. I walked away, but then came back and asked for their badge #'s.

Literally 10 seconds after I came back there were 3 patrol cars there cuffing me and bringing me to Orient Road (county). Spent three nights waking up to mexicans shitting right by head, because Hillsborough County jails were overcrowded so I had to sleep on the floor and couldn't get a quick trip to judge.

Club owner wrote a letter to the judge/county saying I worked there, but was still charged with "just" simple tresspass misdemeanor because the cop told me to leave. Fucking pigs, have hated them since.

this is easy to solve next year shoot double the amount of Fireworks Back at them..and get bigger ones....this will do the trick

CLEVELAND (AP) — A neighbor apparently angry about fireworks at a noisy Fourth of July party shot three people to death early Thursday and wounded two others, police said.
Terrance Hough Jr., a 35-year-old off-duty firefighter, was arrested in connection with the shootings, police spokesman Lt. Thomas Stacho said.
No charges had been filed Thursday morning because police were still gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses, Stacho said. There was no phone listing for Hough's address.
Police had received a number of complaints in recent years about loud parties, fireworks and drag racing connected to the house where the victims were shot, Stacho said. Some complaint calls came from Hough's address, but no one called police about the party Thursday night.
The neighbors were throwing a party when two men and a woman, all in their 20s, were shot to death shortly after midnight, Stacho said.

The victims were identified as Jacob Feichtner, 24, who lived at the house where the party was taking place; Katherine M. Rosby, 26, of Lakewood; and Bruce R. Anderson, 30, of Parma.

Stacho said another man was shot in the elbow and a woman was wounded in the hand.

Paramedics called after the shooting found the crowd so threatening, they had to quickly take the wounded man out to continue CPR, said David Nelson, a spokesman for county Fire District 20.
Sheriff's Detective Bob L. Conner said it was unclear whether moving the man before continuing CPR was a factor in his death. King County sheriff's deputies were searching for the suspect.
