Last week, I purchased an all-acess Visa card. I have purchased many in the past without issue. When I tried to deposit into my acct last week, it took several tries and I actually had to deposit for less than I purchased the card for.
Now tonight, I tried to deposit the same way and it was rejected. When you call the number on the back of the card, they ask my for my ss# which I refused to give as that is not relevant as to if the card was activated or not.
In addition, the message that bounced back tonight indicated the card was rejected since the card provider (Visa All Access) was not allowed to provide these types of transactions.
It sure looks like another method down the tubes.
