apparently a women without arms was denied service when she tried to take her food with her feet and now she wants 4 million dollars, it may be wrong to deny service but ridiculous is this amount of money

Kind of understandable, I wouldn't want to make contact with her feet. This is beyond out of hand, I can't believe judges actually let lawsuits get so far. I think it has more to do with juries wanting to stick it to the big companies than thinking people actually deserve these large amounts of money.

The woman is disabled and is a paying costumer. No reason to recieve that much hassle.

Hopefully at least the exposure will help future disabled people. You shouldnt feel uncomfortable buying a cheeseburger.

Thats what it takes for these dummys to listen. A woman had to sue from coffee burns because they were too dumb to serve it at a normal tempature.

santo i was trying to say if it is worth 4 million because they would not serve her because of the feet then it will not be long before someone likes this tries to get a job at mcd's knowing they wont hire them because they cant serve food with their feet so they will sue for discrimination because they will not hire them . i am tired of everyone sueing people get a f cking job and earn your money.

Not Just McDonald's, But All Drive-Throughs!

Nowadays, almost all fast-food drive-throughs are open later than the inside restaurants. Question. Why can't you get served on foot or bicycle in a drive-through? What if you do not have a car available to use? I think fast-foods should have to give their pedestrian customers an option.

i would think they dont serve you on foot or bike for fear of being robbed. cars have license plates if you try something no way to identify if you pull something on bike or foot.

They could set drive-through windows up like liquor stores in the hood.........plus it would seem alot easier to me to rob a place with a car than on foot or on a bicycle................LOL.

i was just saying they could get a license plate if you rob them with a car. if you have a bike or on foot they wont even open the window so no chance of getting robbed. love the drive thru liquor stores we have one here not in the hood it is the only one i know of.
