I am just thinking out loud and would love to hear the opinions of some more of the good cappers on here. What percentage of series get swept??? I know it always depends on the game and the pitcher ect. but what if you bet the other side (depending on the juice of course) after a team got down 0-2? Opinions please???

I like the idea but dont have the stats to back it up.
I have been doing pretty well recently bettting what in my mind is a good/better team down 0-2 to an inferior team.
I know it is hard to define better and inferior team but thats a different story.

Hopefully someone posts an answer.

I bet on dogs only in a series chase and am +58 units by All Star Break, if that tells you anything about teams getting swept

I have done research, can't quote any figures, but sweep avoidance is a fallacy and is not to be bet into. You are generally laying wood in the situation you describe to a team with nothing to lose, add in the fact that the fave in this instance isn't playing their best at the moment, plus the linesmaker knows most people don't expect the sweep to happen and you have a bad bet, IMO.
