What did you all do in the evenings before the Internet ?

Does anyone else find that we are getting more and more *addicted* to the Internet ? I got my TV on for the home run derby and i only glanced at the tube whenever Berman raises his voice

I got about 5 browser windows/tabs open on my laptop right now, some NFL stories, Facebook, Myspace, news sites, deals, travel blogs so on and so forth

So what did you guys all do before the Internet ? Around 1996 that's when it becomes real popular if memory serves me well.

Did you read more ? Spend more time with the kids and family ? Watch more TV/movies ? Play more games ?

I just can't imagine not checking my mail or visiting my favorite websites (including this place of course) for a few days, Internet withdrawal syndrome if you ask me

Awesome question. I think that all the time and I dont really know.

Those were the bar days for me. Played softball 5 days a week in those days.

I have said ti before and I will say it again, I would rather have my internet than my TV.
