Why does everyone fault neteller? I fault the government.

What should they do? Send over another billion dollars and let it be seized like the first $55million?

Yes, they will pay and will do so promptly unless the US gov wont let them.

Neteller wants this over as badly as you do so they can go back to running a successful business elsewhere in the world.

Once this is cleared up, I expect them to reopen Canada...

Yes, they will pay and will do so promptly unless the US gov wont let them.

They already signed a distribution agreement with the Feds and released some of the details. They also made software changes so American users can ONLY withdraw. The only issue now is timing. I'm staying positive on this one.

This better be over soon. I have been waiting long enough for my money that they have been collecting interest on for over a half year now. If I dont get my money in the next month or so, ill be accepting donations for an automatic weapon and a plane ticket to the isle of man.

I think ultimately you will be right and we will get paid, but I would love to see where the Feds have signed off on the agreement between Neteller and Navigant.

There's a good article at MW regarding the plea on the 2nd case. Apparently the statement the guy made about "coming to realize that promoting gambling was wrong" was a huge mistake on his part and gives the gov't alot of leverage in this case and potentially future cases with payment processors or online books. He also said that he talked to someone in the FBI about the case and they said when the gov't seizes funds from drug dealers they don't give the money back which makes me think nobody will see their money. I hope to god I'm wrong and everyone is paid but after reading the article I'm not so sure
