In MLB they have way too much money to risk fixing the games. To even suggest that is ridiculous.

If your not a Gambler you know it's not true! The announcers were giving every excuse for Rodrigus having trouble finding the plate but the strangest used was it was a chilly night? Duh Hello, it's July 10th?

BTW How many Americans played in this game, are all the Rodrigus's related? :think2:

Oh, please. Get the fuck outta here. Yep, they fixed the all star game. And 9/11 was an inside job.

Okay I understand your a bit prejustice (spelling?) being from the Bush Stadium with Tony Managing and having to decide if he should let his only available player remaing on the Bench hit or sit, tuf call. Maybe we won't agree again but it was the wrong call! The Philly had a weak fly out the inning before and then with the pitvher struggling to find the plate he should've been going up looking for a fat fastball on the 1st pitch and what does he see! A fast ball that Pujlos probably would've put into the ocean and then the final score is? Over, as is the game!

I guess I touched someones soft spot. It's okay Brother but we all have opinions and I if you like you can view my thoughts on 9/11 in the Political thread, sorry if you'll accept.....
BTW I also thought they should've showed a little more :massage: from the Girl who sang, "God Bless America"

Never seen you post before, but with this post, it is believeable that you are one of the 9/11 inside job whackos. Pujols should have hit, but the game wasn't fixed. No hard feelings.

Surprised Larussa didn't pinch hit Albert. Guess he didn't want to give the Cubs home field advantage in the WS.

I actually root for the Cubs if they are in the playoffs and the Cards are out. But I'm probably the only Cards fan that does. Too many friends of mine are Cubs fans to not pull for them.

I feel bad for Cub fans actually, like the Sox (both of them) just wish they would win one to end the torture.

Good friend of mine is a Cub fan and he walks around with that perpetual 90-year curse on his face all the time. He needs a moment of hapiness.

And since the greatest playoff team in baseball history, the Marlins, are going to take the postseason off again this year, why not give him that moment in the sun?

I've been here and saw your name over the years not that it matters but stop by the Horse thread if you get chance for some winners and maybe those Cubs can win with Lou....... for you and all the other Cub Fans?

I hate the Cubs, I just pull for them if my Cards are out. Just for my friends' sake.
