Webtender has a recipe for my favorite drink from my college bartending days, the Mongolian Motherf*cker. However, their version is completely different than mine. Make it like this:

Lots of ice.

Equal parts (let's say an oz., but depends on the glass size -- I use a Guinness glass) rum, vodka, gin, triple sec. As if you were starting a Long Island.

Add generous pour of Sloe Gin. Add about half ounce of the following:
Peachtree Schnapps
Southern Comfort
Blue Curacao
Bacardi 151

Add a generous pour of grenadine. There should be about 2 inches left in the glass. Fill with equal parts cranberry and orange juice.

Pour into a mixer and back into the Guinness glass 2 or 3 times.

Enjoy. It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch, but gets you trashed. Translation: panty dropper.

Bloody Mary
Here's the classic Bloody Mary recipe. Enjoy!<epi-introduction>
</epi-introduction>
<epi-ingredients> 1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) vodka
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco to taste
1 celery stick for garnish
1 lemon wedge for garnish
</epi-ingredients> <epi-preparation> </epi-preparation>
Combine the vodka, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, the Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste, shake the mixture well, and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish the Bloody Mary with the celery stick and the lemon wedge.

I am a huge tomato juice fan and I use a Salsa Lizano which is a product of Costa Rica instead of Worcestershire sauce. http://www.otnfinefood.com/page0002.html You can purchase it from this link and its awesome. If your a sauce guru you HAVE TO buy this and try it on your meats. ENJOY!!!!!!

Aaaahhh, summertime and the living is easy...

Matador

1 part Monte Alban or other tequila
3 parts (approx) Pineapple juice
a splash of Roses Lime Juice

If you get it just right it should almost have a buttery flavor to it.
I've offered dozens of these to women and they all love this drink.

Myers rum and fresh squeezed oj.

I love Ramos gin fizzes......but its a Sunday brunch, show off for your cutie thing. Too fattening for every day.

"Are you sure this has alcohol in it?"

It's good stuff. Most recipes call for 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, but it's a lot better without any. Kornholio and I have it every college football Saturday.
