Nervous about offshore would like a trustworthy local.

The Rx. does not have a functioning private message system and also does not allow posters to use private email addresses in threads in any of our moderated Forums..

I cannot over emphasize how dangerous it is to bet with complete stangers and expect to be paid if you win. I am not saying all affliates or posters are dishonest but caution needs to be practiced whenever posters deal with a private party. The Rx.com cannot help mediate disputes between private parties unless both are willing to cooperate.
