that moron doesnt leave that leaky gas can in to give up 9....this thing goes under. how the hell does this idiot leave him in after lilly lines the single to right field is beyond my comprehension. then no runs scored until the top of 9....wuertz has ensberg 1-2 and he get the double 3-2 that hits the chalk...man i'm sick.

I mean it....anyone with a clue knows that oswalt is tapped out at least 3 batters before he gives up the 3 run blast. when the thing is 6-1....he gives up a line shot to lilly and he leaves him in to face soriano.....INCOMPETANCE!!!

Anyone with a clue knows that you can't blame Garner for a game going over. You are assuming way too much, when you actually don't have the slightest idea what would have happened if he had made the change sooner.

did u even watch that game? they werent going to get squat off of lilly and oswalt got hammered for 3 consecutive innings....he takes oswalt down 6-1 and that thing likely goes under.

Oswalt doesn't seem to have the mental toughness of a top notch pitcher. He's great when he's ahead and the sailing is smooth. Get a few guys on base in a tight game and watch his throat tighten. You could see his meltdown comin a mile away

Garner is one of the mnay bad MLB manages currently in the game right now. Anyone who totally understands the ins and outs of a game knows Garner consistently makes mistakes with his pitching staff.

You may or may not be clueless, but you're not thinking rationally here. You're acting like a pitching change is a black and white issue, and it's just not. Regardless, good luck to you in the future. I just get so sick and tired of people crying about bad beats. On this board, if your team has a 2-0 lead and loses, then it's a bad beat. And of course, you had it capped right, since you can't cap giving up a 2-0 lead after 4 innings. Or if Lidge pitches lights out for a month and then gives up a run to blow a save, then he's dogshit, and what the hell is he doing in this league? In general, gamblers are a bunch of irrational crybabies.
