Current O/U for wins is 6 for the Detroit Lions. Now I know that the Lions are perpetual suck asses but I really think they can get 7 wins. I'm hittin this one pretty good. Who are you guys leaning towards for O/U?

under 9 -130 Jacksonville

over 10.5 -130 Chargers

Pretty safe plays

I like over 8 -110 for Giants kind of, but that is a fan talking.

Other then the Oakland opener the Lions schedule is pretty brutal for a 3 win team. @Philly, @Wash (where if I'm not mistaken they have never won) @SD. GB and Minny are teams on the decline but we can't beat either of those on the road anyway. Going week by week i just don't think 7 wins is possible, I think they are 1-4 going into the bye week

I know WAS has a long running undefeated streak vs Detroit, and the scores if I recall correctly, have been real bad... even when Barry was there it was always ugly.

Minnesota on the decline? Could be scary if they had a qb.

San Francisco over 7.5
Much improved D and more weapons on O for rising QB

Houston Under 6.5
They stink

Bills under 6.5
Lost too many good players

Falcons Over 7.5
As long as Vick stays healthy I see at least 8 wins

Fair Warning, Could be right but since their season wins are 6.5 it looks like the expectations are not that high.

Other then Tampa I'm not even sure the Lions will be favored in any of their home games. As long as Clay is still the owner And Millen is in the front office I would look at betting longterm cash somewhere else

Denver over - they are winning the west

Also love the Green Bay under. Don't know how in God's name this team won 8 games last year - they easily could have went 4-12. Although they do have some addition by subtraction with the "loss" of a washed up Ahman Green

These are mine so far:
Jets under 8 (No Man-genius this year)
Philly over 9.5 (Dallas and Giants take step back this year)
Pitt over 8.5 (could easily be undefeated thru September)
Indy over 10.5 (I don't believe the hype on Jax)

Will probably add Jax under 9 as well

I like it! They dont have a good back to depend on. They will struggle to run time out. They will have crap field position a lot.

I mean really, if J'Ville can win 10 games that would be one bet I dont feel bad about losing.

I have studied the schedule and at best i see 8-8. I think the worst thing that could happen is a push. No way they go 10-6, No way..And remember they can't win on the road and other then the last game every road game will be tough.

I like Jax under myself, but what is so tough about this schedule? I can easily see them starting 4-1. At worst, they should go 3-1 vs Tenn, Hou, Oak at home should be a freebie

I like it! They dont have a good back to depend on:monsters-

The Jaguars have one of the elite ground attacks in all of football. Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew each rushed for more than 940 yards and at least five yards per carry. Jacksonville's rushing attack could be even more potent in 2007. One of the few upgrades the team made via the free-agent market was right tackle Tony Pashos, who will fill the only weak link on a line that surrendered just 30 sacks and blew open huge holes for Taylor and Jones-Drew.

Fred Taylor is not a dependable running back. Either that or their blocking is horrid.

They have two backs that could run for 1000 yards... You're right he isn't always dependable that is why they have a very good back up who is more then capable of rushing for 1500 yards in this league.

Add to that he is a year older and his career is now double digits. Until Drew proves he can be a every down back he doesn't scare me.The 2000+ yards they got last year earned them a 8-8 season. They have not improved nearly enough for 10 wins.
