I have 2 co-workers/buddies that swear by this (adderal or ridalin). Brought it up when it up to them when a poster here at the RX said that Adderal worked for weight loss and asked a few co-workers who are alot younger than me (early twenties) and they told me some weird stoires about focusing on the task at hand. Supposedly it is not habit forming and goes around the college campuses around exam time. A few online call it a "miracle drug".

Never been the drug expierment type kind of guy (still have never smoked a joint in my life and dont plan on starting now) so not looking at trying this. Just curious from others as what this exactly does and if it is popular? Became pretty funny at work when they started sharing there stories and us "older" guys had never even heard of it been used for this. I must be out of the loop. First texting and now this:lolBIG:

Took Ritalin in college around exam time. Could study in the library for like six hours straight and remember everything very well. It is an amazing drug.

I have found Omega 3 supplements to be pretty good, for what it's worth.

Have a lot of friends that swear by adderal. One kid takes it so much he basically just tweaks out all the time and just pops up random thoughts and questions, its pretty annoying. It's not for me though, popped a few during finals week but really didnt it for me.

It was me who mentioned it for weight loss. I have a prescription (legal) for it and I get so much work done. It really makes you focus to the point where you get pissed if people interupt you in the zone. I wish I had it in school. Only got the prescription 6 years ago and I'm 31 now.

Adderal XR is time released and works great for focus. The regular stuff is too speedy.

I also heard it helps your game when you ball with premier college athletes like Laurent Robinson:missingte

Tried it in prep school (boarding school) once. Those kids are all mega rich and full of all kinds of drugs. For maximum effect people crush up the pills and snort it, that way it isnt time released but all at once. It is basically like getting "in the zone", you just concentrate on whatever you're doing. No lie, I set the minesweeper record on everyone's computer in the dorm that night.

Never did it again though, I figured I'd get hooked on it and be completely worthless without it. Always thought it'd be fun to take some ritalin and a viagra then just completely destroy some poor unsuspecting girl.

Took Ritalin MANY times in college, usually to aid in all-night drinking binges.
