Yankees -130? Seems like a solid wager

Halladay is 2-2 6.85 ERA is his last four starts and most recently threw 71 pitches in the first two innings.

Halladay has a 5.79 ERA on the road and a lot of those starts were against teams with a lineup weaker than the Yankees..

Yankees have won three in a row and are always tough @ Home (27-18 Home) while Toronto struggles away from home on road -->(19-28)

The Yankees seem like a solid wager considering Halladay's recent struggles and the fact the Yankees BIG bats thrive off struggling pitchers who might not have their full confidence. Especially at Yankee Stadium.

Yankees -130 seems fair to me.. How about you?

that is a lot of games... do you think they will be in the playoffs then? I dont see them making the playoffs with their pitching, we will see

Their next 23 games are against teams under .500

Tor-TB-KC-CWS..

They usually do better in the second half anyway. Also if they don't win 2/3s of their games they will have less than 90 wins.. I don't know if they will make the playoffs but they should make it interesting.

yeah i actually like it better this way. I would love the Yankees to not make the playoffs. Im not even a Yankee hater I like Jeter and Arod a lot but I like how Seattle is doing good this year and Cleveland. And in the NL im hoping my Cubs can stay hot

The Cubs are stacked. If they don't at least make the playoffs what a underachievement that would be..

GL with your team bro..

Pettitte has been getting hit lately, but still think Yanks are the play. I am gonna ride them for a while, as i also feel they make a big charge and have a great second half.
