I need suggestions on what books I should investigate putting money into. Here's the deal: I have a local, I don't have any issues with him aside from convienence. I have no bank accounts (and won't have one any time soon). What is the simplest way to deposit using either money transfers or debit cards (ie visa gift cards, etc)? And, more importantly, who has the easiest method for payouts? I primarily bet NFL games. Thanks for any thoughts.

BetJamaica is pretty well thought of on this board. I use Bookmaker.

I have been looking for a local btw. Get my e-mail from the mod if you care to share your local with me. I am in Newton.

I'm also looking for a book with an easy deposit method. To deposit by credit card I believe most books want you to fill out a credit authorization form and fax it back to them. I'd like to avoid doing that.
I'm assuming an authoriz. form is needed for a gift card too, is this the case? Does anyone know of a book where you can deposit using a gift card and not fill out the form?
Is anyone familiar w/ Betjamiaca. On their "depost methods" webpage they say a credit card securtiy form is required for Visa and Mastercard depost, but then they have the option of Express Gift Cards -

"Express Gift Card deposit options are accepted daily. A new and convenient way to fund your account quickly and very affordably. Deposits using any of the new Express Gift Card options can be made online 24/7 or via the telephone daily from 8a.m. until midnight EST. Express Gift Cards can be purchased from $10-$2500. Fees reimbursed on total deposits of $200 or more."

Are these American Express giftcards? and no security/authorization form is required?
