Court Documents: Dogs on Vick's Property Were Shot, Drowned, Strangled and Hung

The bizarre, twisted and sick goings-on that surround the alleged dog fighting ring known as Bad Newz Kennels continue to be released. Found within some recently filed court documents, the sad fate of these normally lovable animals was spelled out in horrific detail.
Despite owning both Mike Vick K-9 Kennels and MV7 Inc., which bred and sold the very same dogs discovered on his Virginia property, Michael Vick has not been named in any court documents nor been charged with any crime.
He has proclaimed his innocence since day one and until a United States court says otherwise, Vick is innocent until proven guilty.

"At the end of the fight," court documents say, "the losing dog was sometimes put to death by drowning, strangulation, hanging, gun shot, electrocution or some other method."
The documents also stated that dogs deemed "unfit to fight," often met the same cruel fate as those who fought and lost -- so long as they didn't die within the fight itself, that is.Despite owning both Mike Vick K-9 Kennels and MV7 Inc., which bred and sold the very same dogs discovered on his Virginia property, Michael Vick has not been named in any court documents nor been charged with any crime.

<!--startindex-->ATLANTA -- Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick has been indicted on two felony criminal counts related to dog fighting at his Virginia home.
Vick has denied any involvement in dog fighting. He has said relatives who once lived at his Virginia property may be responsible.
According to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern district of Virginia, Vick has been indicted on two criminal counts -- they are both felonies.

The first count is for sponsoring a dog in an animal fighting venture and the other is conspiracy as part of another felony.
The indictment states Vick “knowingly sponsored and exhibited an animal in a fighting venture.” And that he “purchased and developed a property to serve as the main staging area for housing and training pit bulls to fight and for hosting dog fights.”
The indictment charges the Falcons Quarterback and three others with moving dogs across state lines for the purpose of fighting.
Vick's Surry County, Virginia home was raided April 26. Vick has repeatedly denied any involvement in illegal dog fighting.
