Yes it will. Pavlik will be the ultimate test for Taylor. Might be the fight of the year. Hope Pavlik knocks his ass out. Probably will go the distance but will be bloody.

Not necessarily. But he will definitely test Taylor. I hope Pavlik wins.

Taylor may show he is a champion. Biggest test yet besides Winky.

this is a bigger test than winky cos he is going to take a lot more punishment.

Speaking of boxing does anyone think Marco Antonio Barrera has any shot at +250 against Pacquiao..I think he is a live dog.

Taylor is moving up a weight class after this fight with Pavlik. With that being said, is there any way he "overlooks" the Pavlik fight knowing that he loses the title either way?

Pavlik is from Youngstown so I will be cheering him on, but I can't see Taylor losing this fight. Pavlik is stepping waaaaay up in competition here. Would have rather seen him take on a few more top level fighters before going after Taylor. I'm not big on Taylor but this is the same guy that beat Hopkins twice and fought Winky to a draw. JT wins fairly easily here with hand speed and defense. Hope I'm wrong
