Cubs U 8.5 -105
Why?
Because Zambrano is pitching and the Cubs offense has gotten very little production from their role players the last couple days. If guys like Theriot, Fontenot, De Rosa, Kendall, and whoever the fuck is in CF dont hit, then the cubs just wont score runs. Cain is pitching well and his team doesnt liek to score runs for him.
LAD U 9 -105
Why?
Two young arms that havent pitched too many innings this year. At a time in the year when young kids are about to fade, these two have been able keep them down. Bigglingsly has been untouchabel during the day time. I think this game does under.
Detriot U 8 -110
Why?
Santana is rolling right now, and even though the Tigers hit above .300 against lefties, I trust him to perform well today. At only .262 against lefties, I look for the twins bats to struggle with Miller. He has not be stellar in his last couple performances, but had a couple very untimely hits ruin nice starts.

Mets -110
Why?
Because Maddux is done. Maine pitches well in a big ball park like this one, and Maddux simply doesnt have the juice left in his arm to keep going. Many thought a break at the break would liven up his arm, but that doesnt seem to be the case. I expect the Mets to get into the Padrre bullpen by the 5th or 6th and give Maddux fits. He is terrible at holding runners on base, while the Mets are lethal when tehy get some guys on. If the Marlins and Braves can get to Greg at home then the Mets should too.
