Neteller timing very important to the continued extortion

It is more than likely that we will see many indictments against book owners this fall. Before the DOJ targetted public companies where they had officer/owner info. They should now have this for all neteller merchant accounts.

The US did pretty well - $136mm from neteller + $100mm from Lefevre and Lawrence. That's a nice $236mm for a few months of work. This is actually about what Neteller would have paid in proper US taxes, but I digress.

It is very important if the Department of Extortion wants to extort more money this football season, that they make sure gamblers have their money back so they can post it back up before September.

There is no doubt in my mind why all of a sudden after 8 months, the DOJ will let neteller pay out.

I will certainly be carefully monitoring balances at the start of the football season.

I'll likely use Matchbook with a capped balance. Matchbook/Pinny and a couple of others on an "as needed" basis from Moneybookers will likely do me. And all the Euro/Australian books I can muster.

I think you are very safe with the WSEX, Olympics, Bodogs, Matchbooks of the world. These guys have either faced charges before or we can be pretty damn sure will not visit the US.

The rest of the smaller books out there, who knows if their owners are in the US....

Sean, I hate to point out the obvious, but why should you be believed now when you have flopped more than a live fish in a frying pan on Neteller. In fact, your tracked record guess rate on what could happen next is not very good. You have no idea which end is up and it is rather irresponsible to act like you do. Unless you are tied to a federal agency I think your speculation, which is what it is, should be left to lesser subjects. As far as I have seen, no one correctly predicted anything of this would happen, until after it did.

SG1 are you a ghost of another poster? You have been here long enough to call it like it is. Have you been lurking or are you someone we know?

the thing is the feds need proof of ownership or control.

saying someone owns/controls a book and proving it in court is another... with NT turning over bank acct #'s of where the money was going....

a book that was not VERY careful in how and where they structured their bank accts could have some trouble

Personally, I enjoy reading sean1's posts. They are usually knowledgeable and well thought out. Is he always right? Of course not but when you are trying to predict the future even a .300 batting average would be very good. Posts like his are all about ideas and I enjoy hearing his and others as well even if they don't agree with my thinking. Keep posting sean1.

I found Sean1's posts are more useful than most of the posters here. You don't have to agree his opinion, but at least he tried.

You are correct. Sean has been totally off base since day 1. Take a look at the previous posts on the topic starting way back. I know Sean is on our side and trying to help...but he could not have possibly been more wrong time and time and time again. And that is not to mention his wild guesses on what is next.

Say what you want about sean but at least he gets off his duff and does his research on the different matters. I'm not one of those that agree with him about posting up this NFL season. I'll have money out there from the exhibition season to the Super Bowl and probably beyond.

I am not sure how I have been wrong and wrong and wrong and wrong again. I've said many right things like no books getting indicted since BOS as long as they stay out of the US, like Calvin not being arrested if he doesnt visit...

I was wrong that neteller would close up US shop. I was also wrong that they would leave Canada... but where I was right is the fact that I know I am not always right. Back in December I did not think Neteller would leave, but I thought there was a 25-40% chance they might. Because of this, I had less than 1/20 of 1% of my bankroll in neteller when they got locked down. I had withdrawn before Jan 1. I also did not think they would leave Canada. All told I lost about $500 traveling to Canada....

I never though BOS would close down, but since I thought they were crooks, when they bought Millenium and such I bailed. I lost $400 in that fiasco.

All told, in 10 years, I've lost less than $2000 to books and neteller closing, stiffing, or bailing. It will be under $1000 when neteller pays. I may be wrong often, but keeping an open mind, reading many opinions, and being careful with your money will keep you happy long term.

The key is not being right 100% of the time. The key is knowing what is going on and looking at risk and reward.

I also believe Lawrence, Lefevre, and Dicks are complete fucking idiots. Carruthers is a bit of an idiot. I also think that NT and BOS should have told the US gov to shove it up their asses. WSEX took that approach and the US has not been able to do one thing to them.

Unfortunately, I am not good at judging the degree of pussytude in certain business owners.

Sean, I did the math. Your bankroll was $1,600,000?

I don't think you did it right..

"All told, in 10 years, I've lost less than $2000 to books and neteller closing, stiffing, or bailing. It will be under $1000 when neteller pays."

So we deduce that Neteller holdings is about $1000.

"I had less than 1/20 of 1% of my bankroll in neteller when they got locked down."

$1000 is 1/20th of 1%, i.e. 0.05%

(1000*20)*100 = 2,000,000

No?

Pedantics, but I'm bored waiting for games to settle so I can put my golf bets on and sleep.
