and they will not make it right. what do you do? go to the better business bureau?

internet savy posters...how can i go on the web and post about how crappy this company is? something that will get their attention and maybe force them to resolve this matter.

it is a smaller company...not publically traded or anything.

Buy the domain name that is (company name)sucks.com & put up a site

On the site, explain your debacle & how badly you were treated. Then email them a link to it.

not bad. what does that cost? $30 or so? if so that's worth it.

but, how do i make an impact with that? i guess people will see it when they google the company name?

Maybe small claims court. I'm not sure what dollar amount we are talking here though. I'm not even sure of the situation. Try sending them a certified letter detailing your issues with them in a professional manner. See what kind of response you get.

If that fails, I got some empty glass bottles you can use....

nope. not even i have the balls to fight that monster. besides, i am quite happy with my air-hockey table and napkin holder

Take an ad out in the town were the company is headquarted..That will get there attention.

Maybe $20 a year-and that's probably high.

Another slightly more expensive bash is to take out a small display ad in the local paper mentioning the company name and that you're trying to gather people for a class action lawsuit against them.

we're talking $900 here. that is why i was so surprised that the president didnt just say "we'll come out and get the product and give you the $900 back and be done with it". i was shocked.

was thinking of having an attorney buddy write a letter but, not sure if that will work since the guy was such a prick on the phone.

i am close to just writing the $900 off and spending a few hours trying to do as much damage as possible.

might see it, might not. Winning Wand can correct me if I'm wrong but using SEO (Search-Engine Optimization) plus by buying ad space on google, yahoo, etc. they could effectively ensure that your page is nowhere to be seen on the first few pages. If they have a site with numerous webpages they could write their code or do some technical shit such that all of their pages would be more 'relevant' pages than your website, which would get pushed down the list.

Don't know if the company has a website that utilizes these features though.

they have a website but, its not a big company. 17 employees...probably does $1 million in annual revenue...maybe $1.5 million.
