Dude I had Tigers too, but Todd Jones tonight was so lucky. His stuff was way off. He missed his location BIGTIME on Morneau and he got lucky Justin didnt park it in the stands for a walkoff win.

Im just tired of the Todd Jones bashing.....there are about 20 other teams that wish they had him as their closer....hes not great....but hes above average.....the guy is gonna have 40 saves this year....thats not to bad!

hey drew you seem to be a big tiger fan..when is zumaya and rodney coming back. I think Detroit has what it takes to win it all if these guys can come back and strengthen the pen

I hear Rodney is close......they say another week or so......he just sucks though...didnt trust him last year even when he was supposedly good....Zumaya is aiming for late August, but I think a lot depends on whether or not the Tigers can keep winning......if they can hold the central lead, they wont rush him.......the bullpen which has been shaky, has actually been better as of late....so we'll see if they make a move at the deadline...all this Lidge and Gagne talk around here, I doubt they do anything......the price will be just to high for them....everyone wants Cameron Maybin (#1 prospect in the minors) but Dombrowski already said he was untouchable. He wouldnt even trade him last year straight up for Soriano when the Nationals were shopping him.....so we'll just see!

Todd Jones is the Bob Wickman of the American League, shaky as hell, but knows how to get those last couple of outs. Never going to break any bats or scare anyone, but gets the job done. I was nervous last night, too, with my +182 Tiger ticket! Hey JJ, how's my Raider buddy doing? Still going to the Cleveland game at the Coliseum?
