it didn't help when betancourt ran into the outfield like a wild bull and caused the error that let the inning continue. terrible play on his part

sherrill is like 100-1 or something crazy like that against lefties. though i think washburn was left in a bit too long, sherrill was the best option at the moment. he throws a rare walk; next an error loads the bases. the next batter hit a flyball sac. not much he could do.

putz is the closer... you dont bring him in the 7th...
